The unique coursed menu will be designed to showcase your tastes while combining the flavors of the season. This is a one-of-a-kind culinary experience, whether plated or family-style, starts at $75 per person.
Chef Nathan loves working directly with guests to develop a custom menu for the intimate, private Boar Room dinners because it allows “guests to travel along the creative culinary journey” and “gives the chefs the opportunity to execute more intricate plating and cooking techniques, as well as use unique and uncommon ingredients.”
